As an Operations Customer Expert, you will support our travellers by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them toward unforgettable trips. You will have a key connection between Booking.com and our valued customers — and an important part of our success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Russian language skills C1+ (spoken & written required)
  • English B2
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types
  • Good computer skills + fast typing
  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from customers
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional support in Russian and English
  • Offer expert guidance on bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel plans
  • Update and maintain customer and booking data
  • Work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience
