As an Operations Customer Expert, you will support our travellers by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them towardunforgettable trips. You will have a key connection between Booking.com and our valued customers — and an important part of our success

What we offer:

Compensation UP TO GROSS GEL:

  • 2,860 GEL – in the first 6 months (gross salary + bonus)
  • 3,120 GEL – after 6 months (gross salary + increased bonus)

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent German language skills both spoken & written
  • Very Good English Skills
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types
  • Good computer skills + fast typing
  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

What you'll do

  • Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from customers
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional support in German and English
  • Offer expert guidance on bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel plans
  • Update and maintain customer and booking data
  • Work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience
