We are seeking a Russian and English-Speaking Trust and Safety Customer Expert to join our team in Tbilisi.  As a Trust and Safety Customer Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of content posted on social media platform.

In this position, you take on the following tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • As a  Trust and Safety Customer Expert, you will work across social media platform, screening and monitoring uploaded videos, comments, hashtags etc. for abusive, violent or other inappropriate content and ensuring a safe experience for its users and communities
  • Maintenance of transaction data.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Russian language, at least at C1 level
  • English language at least at C1 level
  • Good technical understanding
  • Emotional resilience
  • Ready for self-studies
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Flexible to work in shifts and ready to change LoBs and Businesses within TP if required for Business
  • Creativity and team spirit
  • Preparedness to work in shifts, on weekends and public holidays
  • Professional experience with social media platforms is desired
  • Experience with artificial intelligence is considered an added value
