Job Summary

We are seeking a HR Business Partner for our HR team in Tbilisi. 

HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for overall HR support to assigned business area in close cooperation with HR specialist groups and management team. 

HRBP role is vital in terms of providing value-added service to management and employees that is aligned with organisational business objectives. Effective level of communication with employees and management is a critical skill that underpins and supports business sustainability and nurtures employee well-being and satisfaction.

 

In this position, you take on the following tasks:

Responsibilities

•    Active member of the management team of the assigned business area 
•    Work closely with management team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
•    Responsible to consult, guide and educate management team on the processes and practices concerning HR matters
•    Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
•    Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
•    Is a SPOC for employees and management in case of any HR related topics and issues 
•    Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions and policies
•    Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues 
•    Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
•    Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employment practices, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
•    Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. career development, disciplinary policy).
•    Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
•    Provides guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
•    Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
•    Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

•    Proven work experience in HR
•    Sound understanding of Labour Law
•    Excellent English and Georgian language skills, any other language skill is a plus
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
•    Emotional intelligence and relationship-building
•    Business acumen and understanding of organizational goals
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
•    Adaptability and resilience in handling challenges
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
•    Strategic thinking and problem-solving
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
•    Certification in HR Management (Preferred).
