We are seeking an HR Assistant Manager to lead the full cycle of HR systems and Infrastructure Administration process for all businesses and functions in Georgia.

Within this role, you will be responsible for undertaking the following tasks:

Responsibilities

•    Creation of main fundamentals in Vabaco, such as: Organizational structure, Salary Grades, Metadata Setup
•    Collect data and update system according to full employee cycle from starter to leaver
•    Act as an expert with Biostar and Winpak related topics
•    Creation, update and maintenance of role matrixes
•    Set up access control in new sites (creation of access levels, groups and distribution of relevant accesses, monthly/quarterly access control check report preparation)
•    Initiate new projects, system changes, transitions, and process enhancements across HR-related platforms, serving as the key contact for testing, implementation, and adaptation
•    Daily troubleshoot of the system errors and resolve issues or reporting to relevant parties
•    Update and maintain multiple databases
•    Acting as a point of contact to system and infrastructure related topics (give suggestions to other colleagues, develop processes, support other sites with system related problem resolutions)
•    Monitor current HR portals, working closely with other HR colleagues and solve problems with advanced knowledge and experience in technical data
•    Conduct on job trainings to HR administration team members
•    Oversee day-to-day operations and set clear team goals
•    Support in development, update and implementation of HR policies
•    Other duties assigned by supervisor 

Requirements

•    Preferable min. 3 years of experience in HR System, Administration and Infrastructure field
•    Preferable work experience with international company of 1000+ employees
•    Preferable degree in business administration, economics, or finance
•    Georgian-C2 (writing/reading/speaking) English-B2/C1 (writing/reading/speaking)
•    Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems (Advanced Excel knowledge will be tested!
•    Preferable experience working with Vabaco, Winpak, Biostar, Signify, Power BI
•    Used to working with multiple stakeholders
•    Good knowledge of the Georgian Labor Law
•    Ability to work independently and in a team environment
•    Ability to give and receive feedback
•    Ability to identify issues and derive actions
•    Aptitude in problem-solving
•    Analytical skills and great attention to details
•    Outstanding organizational and time management skills
•    Flexibility, resilience, loyalty and discretion
