Job summary

We are looking to fill open Receptionist position for our office in Tbilisi.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to our company and will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors at the front desk in a professional manner
  • Properly announce and direct visitors to their designated areas
  • Issue visitor cards in compliance with internal access control regulations
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Manage meeting room availability, schedule meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Deal with enquiries in person
  • Organize various office-related documentation, including but not limited to Visitor files
  • Arrange goods transportation / logistics
  • Office supplies stock control / order placement
  • Document Archieve Management in line with with Compliance Requirements
  • Perform various clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and collating documents
  • Prepare Access Card and Badge Reports Upon Request
  • Provide administrative support as necessary.

Requirements

  • Work Experience in a front office or in a related field would be an advantage
  • University degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, in Georgian and English Languages proficiency in any other language is a plus
  • Professional attitude and adherence to a dress code
  • Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexibility, resilience, loyalty and discretion

 

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:30
Office location: Galleria Office (Freedom Square)
