We are seeking a Flemish (Dutch) Speaking Specialized Services Supervisor for our team in Tbilisi. In this position, you take on the following tasks for our client from the World’s famous Automotive Industry:

 

Main responsibilities

You need to take responsibilities for the team result regarding:


•    Productivity and Quality
•    Mass flow rate/service parameters
•    Further development and maintenance for reporting
•    Creation, optimization and further development of work processes and process stages
•    Presentation of the operational and qualitative results to the Customer Service Assistant Manager and Customer Service Manager
•    Preparation and presentation of the WBR and MBR with the client
•    Weekly international meetings with the client

Technical part:
•    Technical contact person for the employees
•    Handling special cases and conducting escalation talks


Quality:
•    Quality analysis and discussion of results
•    Deriving training measures
•    Quality management


Leadership:
•    Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team
•    Contact person for employees within the scope of their function
•    Development and implementation of work instructions
•    Conducting evaluation meetings with employees as part of their function
•    Work closely together with Business Management and all OH’s (Supervisors, Quality Assurance Analysts and trainers)

 

Requirements

 •    Excellent written and verbal skills in Flemish (Dutch) language (second language English or Georgian)
•  Working experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst/ Supervisor will be considered as an advantage 
•    Excellent communication skills both internally and with client
•    Gaining very good knowledge of how to use the client’s systems
•    Assertiveness and self-confident
•    Empathy and social skills
•    Leadership skills 
•    Analytical and organizational skills
•    Willingness to work part-time on Saturdays (if required)
•    Stress Resistance
•    Strong performance and disciplinary track record
•    Reliability, Punctuality, flexibility, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
•    Interest and willingness to develop within the Automotive Industry Business.
